1. About The Private Pour

The Private Pour is a monthly physical letter subscription operated by Yahola Holdings LLC under The Regal Rest Trust, based in Atlanta, Georgia. Subscribers receive a wax-sealed letter, a botanical non-alcoholic cocktail recipe, and a ritual element delivered to their mailing address each month.

By subscribing to The Private Pour, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Subscription & Billing

The Private Pour is a recurring monthly subscription. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel.

• Founding subscriber rate of $12/month is locked for as long as you remain an active subscriber.
• If you cancel and rejoin at a later date, you will be charged the then-current subscription rate.
• Standard rate is $19/month for non-founding subscribers.
• Billing occurs on the same day each month from the date of your initial subscription.
• All payments are processed securely through our payment processor.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive your letter for any month that has already been paid.

• Cancellations requested after a billing date has processed will take effect the following month.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Letters are shipped from Atlanta, Georgia via USPS First Class Mail. Delivery times vary by location.

• Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after the ship date.
• Letters are mailed once per month. Exact ship dates are communicated to active subscribers.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate and current mailing address.
• We are not responsible for letters lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses or postal service delays.
• Address changes must be submitted at least 5 business days before the monthly ship date.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the physical and time-sensitive nature of our subscription, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on shipped letters or processed subscription charges.

If your letter arrives damaged or was not received due to an error on our part, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to make it right.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included in The Private Pour letters, including but not limited to the Caspian character, The Last Call story universe, The Covenant Trilogy, letter text, recipes, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Yahola IP Holdings LLC and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

• Letters are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold.
• Photographs of letters may be shared on social media with credit to @the_privatepour.
• The Caspian character and story universe may not be used in derivative works without written permission.

7. Collectible Art Editions

The Private Pour may offer limited collectible art editions exclusively to active subscribers. These are art collectibles offered for the love of the story universe and are not investment products. No representation is made about future value or resale price. Active subscription status is required at the time of any collectible release.

8. Privacy

We collect your name, mailing address, and email address for the purpose of fulfilling your subscription. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your information is used solely for subscription fulfillment, billing, and communication related to The Private Pour.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of your subscription after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
